Vehicle taxes, Road Taxes
It is time for the annual road taxes 2019 in the county of Alicante, except the cities: Alicante capital, Santa Pola, Javea and Alcoy, which have a different way for these taxes.
The SUMA has already debited these taxes from your bank last week (around the 10th of April) if you had it on direct debit.
If you do not see the SUMA debit for the road taxes (IVTM in Spanish) please contact us. You have until the 6th of May to pay these taxes.
Another tax that is due in a few cities/towns is the garbage taxes, or for the whole year, semester or quarter. In towns like Torrevieja, Algorfa and Rojales these garbage taxes are paid through SUMA. The SUMA has already debited these taxes from your bank last week (around the 10th of April) if you had it on direct debit.
