In many towns of the county of Alicante, the water provider is the company Hidragua.

Hidragua has changed it name and will now be called Veolia. So from 23/04/2026 all comunication you receive from the watercomany will be sent in the name Veolia. So emails, invoices and SMS will all come from Veolia.

Remember that it is only a change of name, nothing else will be changed, there is no need to sign new contracts or share your data with them to renew contracts, or so.

Obviously if in your town the water provider is not Hidragua, but another company, nothing will change in your case.
